ERASMUS+ PROJECT DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT

This course aims to provide a broad knowledge of the Erasmus + program related to Key Actions 1 and Key Action 2 and allow schools to develop the skills necessary to undertake, assess, and manage project actions. A particular focus will be dedicated to the new Erasmus+ Accreditation. The course trainers have around 20-year experience in European project management and planning, and they planned lessons and materials to transfer their know-how and develop participant skills.

The modules will cover all the needs of the project cycle from developing the idea, finding partners, designing, and developing the concept, managing, assessing, and reporting. Step by step, you will be guided to create your international project, and, thanks to the five extra hours of distance learning assistance, you will be supported in setting up your project proposal.

 

The international environment of this course and the networking activities organised by EasySL will allow you to contact teachers and educational operators from all over Europe and get the chance to network, find new partners, and exchange good practices.
